BLT Salad With Crostini

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. For dressing, in a blender or food processor, combine mayonnaise, milk, sun-dried tomatoes, and garlic.
  3. Cover and blend or process until tomatoes and garlic are finely chopped.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Place bread slices on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake 5 minutes or until toasted.
  7. Turn slices over; spread with a small amount of the dressing.
  8. Bake 3 minutes more; set aside.
  9. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, toss together greens, plum tomato, cucumber, cheese, and bacon.
  10. Drizzle lightly with dressing; toss lightly to coat.
  11. Serve with toasted bread slices.
