Liver Ball Recipe

  1. Mix together all but cream cheese and form into ball.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in refrigerator overnight.
  3. Frost next day with 2 (3 ounce.)
  4. Packages cream cheese which have been thinned with small amount of lowfat milk and lemon juice.
  5. For color, dust with paprika or possibly finely minced parsley.
  6. Chill till serving, with assorted crackers.
