Liver Ball Recipe
- 16 ounce. brunsweiger
- 2 to 3 tbsp. pickle relish
- Warm sauce to taste
- 2 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 to 2 tbsp. minced green onion
- Mix together all but cream cheese and form into ball.
- Cover with plastic wrap and leave in refrigerator overnight.
- Frost next day with 2 (3 ounce.)
- Packages cream cheese which have been thinned with small amount of lowfat milk and lemon juice.
- For color, dust with paprika or possibly finely minced parsley.
- Chill till serving, with assorted crackers.
