Campbell's Turkey Tetrazzini Recipe
- 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom Soup(I use cream of potatoe)
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Grated parmasan
- 1/4 c. Finely minced onion
- 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream(you can use low Fat lowfat sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. Cooked turkey(or possibly chicken), Cubed
- 1 sm Zucchini,cut in half length- Wise and thinly sliced(about A c.)I use 2 small zucchini , makes it tastier!
- 1 1/2 c. Cooked spaghetti(3 ounce dry) I Used spaghettini and it turn Out better.

- In a large bowl, combine soup, lowfat milk, parmasan cheese, onion and lowfat sour cream.
- Stir in turkey and zucchini.
- Add in spaghetti;toss gently to coat.
- Spoon into 1-1/2 qt baking dish or possibly casserole.

- Bake at 375F.
- for 30 mins or possibly till warm and bubbling.
- Serve with additional parmasan cheese if you like.
