Peanut Butter Energy Bites

  1. Whisk the powdered milk, chia seeds and wheat germ together.
  2. Mix in the dates and apricots and stir until well coated.
  3. Add in peanut butter and honey and mix until combined (easiest with hands).
  4. Form into small balls (mine were about 1/2-2/3 the size of a golf ball).
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
