Banana-Mango Smoothie

  1. Place 1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt, 1/4 cup orange juice, 1/2 sliced banana, and 1/2 mango (peeled and sliced) into a blender.
  2. Puree the mixture until it's smooth.
