Mexican Style Corn Dogs
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- 10 whole Corn Tortillas
- 10 whole All Beef Old Fashion Franks
- 1/2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
- In a large fry pan, add vegetable oil, heat to medium high heat.
- Meanwhile, have hotdogs and cheese ready to go.
- Two at a time, heat corn tortillas in the microwave for 35 seconds so they are soft and pliable.
- Place a hot dog on a tortilla and sprinkle with cheese.
- Roll up fairly snug and place seam side down in vegetable oil.
- My pan fit four dogs at a time.
- Cook on each side about 3-4 minutes till brown.
- Remove and set on a cookie sheet lined with paper towels.
- Repeat process until all hotdogs are done.
- You can dip these in salsa and chili as a side.
