Mexican Style Corn Dogs

  1. In a large fry pan, add vegetable oil, heat to medium high heat.
  2. Meanwhile, have hotdogs and cheese ready to go.
  3. Two at a time, heat corn tortillas in the microwave for 35 seconds so they are soft and pliable.
  4. Place a hot dog on a tortilla and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Roll up fairly snug and place seam side down in vegetable oil.
  6. My pan fit four dogs at a time.
  7. Cook on each side about 3-4 minutes till brown.
  8. Remove and set on a cookie sheet lined with paper towels.
  9. Repeat process until all hotdogs are done.
  10. You can dip these in salsa and chili as a side.
  11. Enjoy!
