Kaesenkuchen
- 6 eggs
- 2 cup cream
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
- 3 cup grated Swiss cheese
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Beat eggs with cream, salt and onion.
- Fold in cheese and pour in pie shell.
- Bake at 400 for 10 minutes, then at 350 for 35 minutes.
- * I use Swiss cheese that isn't too sharp.
