Ju Chicken Marinate Chops
- 1 tbsp red chilly powder
- 2 tbsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tsp black pepper corns
- 1/4 cup water ( to make into paste )
- 500 grams chicken pieces
- 3 tbsp curd
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 4 clove chopped garlic
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup blended contents
- 2 large onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup Refined oil
- 1 tsp curry leaves
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 dozen coriander leaves
- 1 tsp ghee fried chopped cashews
- Marinate chicken for 30 mins
- In pan pour oil and saute chopped onions till transparency
- add Ginger garlic paste and curry leaves and saute
- Add just the marinated Chicken pieces and leave for 10 mins, then add marinated stock water
- After a boil, add salt and add 1 cup water and boil again
- Garnish with coriander leaves and ghee fried chopped cashews
