Easy and Quick Breakfast Casserole
- 8 frozen hash brown patties
- 4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 lb cooked ham, cubed
- 7 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon ground mustard
- 2 -3 tablespoons onions, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 12 tablespoons parsley, chopped fine (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Place hash brown patties in a single layer in a greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish.
- Cover evenly with ham and cheese.
- In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard and optional ingredients, if using.
- Pour evenly over ham and cheese.
- Cover and bake for one hour.
- Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until edges are golden brown and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and let sit 5-10 minutes.
- Cut into squares and serve.
