Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

  1. Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Beat eggs in a medium bowl.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  4. Dredge pork chops in flour, then into egg, then in bread crumb mixture.
  5. Fry for 7 - 10 minutes on each side.
  6. Cooking time depends on thickness of the chops, but you should have a beautiful dark golden brown crust.
  7. Serve with my garlic cheese mashed potatoes.
