Tuna and Green Bean Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino
- 80 to 100 grams Pasta
- 1/2 can Canned tuna
- 5 Green beans
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Red chilli pepper (sliced)
- Bring a pot of water to a boil.
- Before adding the pasta, cook the green beans in the boiling water for about a minute.
- Cool the beans down and cut into about 3 cm.
- Use the boiling water from Step 1 to cook the pasta (be sure to salt the water properly).
- While the pasta cooks, make the sauce.
- Heat olive oil, chopped garlic, and red chili pepper in a pan and turn on the heat (low-medium).
- When the pan is fragrant, add the drained tuna and the green beans.
- Mix everything together, then turn off the heat and wait for the pasta to cook.
- Put the boiled pasta into the pan and turn on the heat.
- Toss rapidly.
- Mix everything evenly, and season with salt.
- If the pasta seems dry, add about 1/2 ladle of pasta water.
- Transfer to a plate, and serve!
