All Time Brownies Recipe
- 1/2 c. Margarine
- 4 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2/3 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Minced nuts (optional)
- 1/2 c. Fruit sweetener*
- This recipe is thoughtfully contributed by Patti Lynch, and appears in her wonderful cookbook titled "Sweet Inspirations: A Sugar Free Dessert Book."
- Blend margarine, cocoa, and fruit sweetener.
- Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix dry ingredients together separately.
- Add in to chocolate mix.
- Mix in nuts.
- Pour into 9"x9" pan that has been sprayed with non-stick coating spray.
- Bake 15-20 min at 325F.
- Brownie is done if it springs back when lightly touched in center).
