Grilled Radicchio with Mandarin Orange and Sesame Vinagrette

  1. Mix dressing, garlic, salt and pepper; set aside.
  2. Remove any bruised or browned leaves from outside of radicchio heads; cut each into quarters, keeping cores intact.
  3. Brush each with 1 Tbsp.
  4. (15 mL) dressing mixture.
  5. Reserve remaining dressing mixture for later use.
  6. Grill radicchio on medium-high heat 5 to 8 min.
  7. or until heated through, turning frequently to prevent charring.
  8. For each serving: Drizzle 1 radicchio quarter with 1 Tbsp.
  9. (15 mL) of the remaining dressing mixture; sprinkle with 1/2 tsp.
  10. (7 mL) sesame seed.
