Grilled Radicchio with Mandarin Orange and Sesame Vinagrette
- 3 cups Kraft Mandarin Orange with Sesame Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. fresh garlic, minced
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. fresh cracked black pepper
- 6 each radicchio
- 1/4 cup sesame seed, toasted
- Mix dressing, garlic, salt and pepper; set aside.
- Remove any bruised or browned leaves from outside of radicchio heads; cut each into quarters, keeping cores intact.
- Brush each with 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) dressing mixture.
- Reserve remaining dressing mixture for later use.
- Grill radicchio on medium-high heat 5 to 8 min.
- or until heated through, turning frequently to prevent charring.
- For each serving: Drizzle 1 radicchio quarter with 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) of the remaining dressing mixture; sprinkle with 1/2 tsp.
- (7 mL) sesame seed.
