Tender Shrimp Hanpen Fishcake
- 6 Shrimp
- 1 bag Hanpen
- 1 tsp Katakuriko
- 1 dash Salt
- 50 ml Water
- Peel and devein the shrimp.
- Mince, but leave some texture.
- Hand-crush the hanpen while still in the packaging.
- Add a little bit of salt and katakuriko to the shrimp and mix with the hanpen until it all sticks together.
- Shape into flat, round patties and arrange on a plate.
- Add oil to a pan and cook.
- Flip once golden brown, add water, and cover with the lid to steam cook.
- Once both sides are golden brown, they are finished!
