Easy Lemon-Lime Daiquiri Dessert
- 2 cups lime sherbet, softened
- 1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
- Spoon sherbet into foil-lined 9x5-inch loaf pan; spread to form even layer in pan.
- Freeze 10 min.
- Beat cream cheese spread in large bowl with whisk until creamy.
- Gradually whisk in sweetened condensed milk, then lemon juice until blended.
- Stir in COOL WHIP; spread over sherbet layer in pan.
- Freeze 3 hours.
- Unmold dessert onto plate just before serving.
