Chicken Noodles and Vegetables

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan, and add onion, cooking for 2-3 minutes or until soft.
  2. Add chicken pieces and cook for a further 5-8 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Add soaked noodles to chicken mixture with chicken flavoured sachet, broccoli, capsicum, water and peanut butter.
  4. Cook for 2 minutes or until broccoli is tender, stirring occasionally.
