Grilled Steaks with Anchovy-Lemon Butter

  1. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat) or preheat broiler.
  2. Using fork, mash first 5 ingredients in bowl until blended.
  3. Chill.
  4. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper.
  5. Grill or broil to desired doneness, about 5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  6. Transfer to plates.
  7. Top with anchovy butter.
