Grilled Cajun Shrimp
- 20 medium shrimp peeled, deveined
- 1 each oranges
- 2 each limes
- 1 each lemon
- 13 cup dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon red hot pepper sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic chopped
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons jerk seasoning
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Make the Cajun coating mix by combining the above ingredients.
- Mix well in a bowl.
- Preheat grill.
- Dip shrimp into the Cajun mix to coat evenly.
- Place on hot grill and blacken each side (5 to 8 minutes= TOTAL grilling time).
- Enjoy hot or cold with lemon.
