Cheesy Potatoes & Sausage Skillet
- 6-1/2 oz. (1/2 of 13-oz. pkg.) OSCAR MAYER Selects Roasted Peppers & Onions Uncured Pork Sausage
- 1 lb. Yukon gold potatoes (about 4), cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 3 cups small broccoli florets
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Cut sausage lengthwise in half, then crosswise into slices.
- Cook in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 min.
- or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
- Add potatoes and chicken broth; stir.
- Bring to boil; cover.
- Simmer on medium heat 5 min.
- Stir in broccoli; cook, covered, 5 min.
- or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
- Top with cheese; cook, covered, 2 to 3 min.
