Best Ever Carrot Cake Recipe

  1. Combine Large eggs, sugar and oil and beat well.
  2. Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt and add in to egg mix.
  3. Add in all other ingredients and mix well.
  4. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees.
  5. When cold, spread with icing or possibly serve with Cold Whip.
  6. Can also eat cake plain or possibly sprinkled with 10X sugar.
  7. -ICING:-
  8. 1 (8 ounce.)
  9. pkg.
  10. cream cheese, softened2 c. 10X sugar1 teaspoon vanilla2 Tbsp .
  11. butter, softenedDash of salt
  12. Cream together.
