Time To Spare Ribs Recipe
- 1 Reynolds cooking bag (14 x 20)
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- Minced onion
- Minced green pepper (optional)
- Spare ribs (3 1/2 lb.)
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Shake flour in bag.
- Add in BBQ sauce, onions and green pepper.
- Squeeze bag to blend all.
- Place ribs in bag, turning to coat ribs.
- Place bag in 9 x 13 inch baking pan/dish.
- Slit top in 6 places with 1/2 inch slits.
- Bake 1-1 1/2 hrs.
