Komatsuna and Chikuwa Tossed with Sesame Seeds and Mayonnaise

  1. Chop the komatsuna into 2 cm, put in a heat resistant dish (without draining), sprinkle salt, cover in plastic wrap, then heat for 1.5 minutes 30 in the microwave at 600 W.
  2. Remove the plastic wrap and chill.
  3. Cut the chikuwa into thirds, then finely slice lengthwise.
  4. Squeeze excess water from the komatsuna, then toss with the combined ingredients and the chikuwa.
  5. It's ready to serve.
  6. Try it in your bento.
