Pork And Eggs In Wine Stew
- 1 large cut carrot
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4 clove dice garlic
- 2 thumbs size slice ginger
- 2 dice onion
- 2 cup fresh tomato or tomato spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/2 cup red wine or rice wine or ginger stone ginger flavour currant wine
- 500 grams pork rib or chop
- 2 large hard boiled egg
- 10 Green bean
- 1 dash salt and white pepper
- 1 dash dried parsley
- ADDITIONAL ADD ON OPTION
- Bring a pot of water with 2 eggs and a drop of oil to a boil for 8 to 10 minute then drain and cooled removed shell
- Bring a pan of water to a boil then add salt and green bean to a simmer for 3 minutes then drain and set aside
- SAUTE INGREDIENT
- in pan with oil saute garlic, ginger and onion then add carrot
- add pork and tomato then add wine with seasoning bring to a simmer
- Pour all ingredient into preasure cooker on high and cook it for 40 minute
- Once its cooked just add hard boiled egg simmer for another 3 to 5 minute till sauce are slightly thickening and serve hot
