Green Herbed Rice Recipe

  1. Put parsley, basil and onion tops in food processor.
  2. With machine running, add in just sufficient oil through food tube to make a smooth puree.
  3. Toss pureed mix into warm rice with salt, pepper and butter.
  4. Serve immediately or possibly keep hot in 225 degree F. oven.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
  6. Serves 4.
