easy slow cooked beef roast
- 4 lb beef roast
- 1 packages dry onion soup mix
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 4 beef bullion cubes
- preheat oven to 250
- place thawed beef roast in dish with a cover for it.
- let beef bullion cubes dissolve in the cup and a half of water (approximately 30 min room temp water to dissolve)
- after cubes have dissolved in the water take the dry onion soup mix and spread entire package over beef roast.
- dump beef bullion water over roast.
- cover and place in oven for 8-10 hours depending on how stringy you want it.
- remove from oven and serve or shred into a crock pot for hot beef sandwiches!
