Skillet Baked Liver & Onions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large plate, add flour, salt, black pepper, cumin, and mix together with a fork.
  3. Add the slices of calves liver and coat both sides well.
  4. In a large 12 cast iron skillet, add butter and sliced onions.
  5. Saute onions until tender Add beef stock and heavy cream and stir together.
  6. Add liver and place in oven at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes, uncovered.
  7. I love to serve this with homemade mashed potatoes and fresh peas!
  8. Delicious and nutritious.
  9. Enjoy!
