Apple Cake(Snack Cake Mix)

• 1 each apples pared, cored, sliced
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 cups cake mix snack
• 1 each eggs eaten
• 13 cup milk

1. In 8 inch pan, Stir milk, egg and Snack cake mix, Mix with spatula.
2. In small bowl, toss apples with sugar, juice, and spices.
3. Press apples rounded sides up in mix.
4. Drizzle with leftover sugar.
5. Bake at 375F (190C) for 30 minutes.
