Country Bacon and Onion Spinach Salad

  1. Combine all ingredients except dressing and croutons.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. For each serving: Toss about 4 cups of the salad with 3 Tbsp.
  4. dressing; place on serving plate.
  5. Top with 1/4 cup croutons.
