Country Bacon and Onion Spinach Salad
- 2-1/4 gal. baby spinach leaves
- 2-1/4 gal. mixed salad greens, torn
- 24 each breaded boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 3 oz. each), fried, sliced
- 2 qt. tomatoes, chopped
- 24 each hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1-1/2 qt. Cheddar cheese, shredded Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 3 cups OSCAR MAYER Bacon Pieces
- 4-1/2 cups KRAFT CATALINA Dressing
- 1-1/2 qt. croutons
- Combine all ingredients except dressing and croutons.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- For each serving: Toss about 4 cups of the salad with 3 Tbsp.
- dressing; place on serving plate.
- Top with 1/4 cup croutons.
