Garlic, Chipotle and Jalapeno Marinade
- 5 1/2 tablespoons canola oil or any vegetable oil
- 8 clove garlic about 2 tablespoons
- 4 each scallions, spring or green onions about 1/4 cup
- 1 each chipotle chili peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped, 1 1/2 tablespoons
- 1 each jalapeno pepper finely chopped, 1 1/2 tablespoons
- Add all the ingredients in a food processer, process until smooth, scraping down the food processor if necessary.
- Transfer into a small bowl, keep it refrigerate until ready to use.
