Cabbage Casserole

  1. Brown ground beef with onion and salt and pepper in skillet.
  2. Drain.
  3. Stir in instant rice.
  4. Heat tomato soup with water and pour into meat mixture.
  5. Fill oblong casserole dish with cabbage.
  6. Pour meat sauce over cabbage.
  7. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.
  8. Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350.
