Flora's Low Fat Burger and Chips
- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- 3 Low Carb Tortillas
- 1 Medium Sweet Potato
- 3 slice 2% cheese
- 1 Olive oil spray
- 1 Seasoned salt
- In a pan fry your 3 patties with whichever seasonings you like.
- I prefer just whorchester sauce and salt and pepper.
- While burgers are frying, slice your sweet tater on a mandolin very thinly.
- Layer on a greased pan in a single layer, then spray the tops with the oil.
- Bake at 230 for about 40 minutes or until they start crisping, note: they may be a little soft when first pulled out of the oven, but they crisp as they cool.
- When burgers are done, place cheese on top and melt.
- Place the burger in a tortilla and top with your fave toppings.
- Sprinkle season salt on the chips, then serve with your burgers.
