Orange Basil Cake
- 5 egg yolks
- 2 white yolks
- 1 salt
- 1 tbsp emulsifier
- 75 grams sugar
- 100 grams flour
- 20 grams cornstarch
- 50 grams butter (melted)
- 30 grams coconut milk or milk
- 1 pinch basil
- 20 grams orange juice
- preheat the oven in 190C
- mix the eggs, sugar and emulsifier until fluffy
- put in cornstarch, basil and flour, mix well
- put in melted butter, coconut milk, orange juice.
- bake in 25-30 minutes
