Pan grilled fish taco
- 3 fillets fish of your choice.. I used tilapia
- 1/3 tsp ground paprika, cummin, and cayenne
- 1 olive oil
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 flour tortillas
- Mix paprika, cummin, and cayenne with about 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Let it saturate.
- Slice bell pepper and onion.
- Place in a skillet on the stove top with a tablesppon of olive oil.
- Bring the mix to a simmer.
- Now take your mix from step 1 and lightly rub on to your fish.
- Let your fish just sit in the frig while your cooking the bell peppers and onions.
- Just before your bell pepper and onion mix is complete add your fish.
- Cook fish, and bell pepper and onion mix to your desire!
- I like lettuce, tomatoes, and alittle cheese with mine.
- My husband likes lettuce, lemon juice, little cheese, and a tad hot sauce.
- Make them your own!!
- Throw whatever your heart desires in that tortilla and enjoy!
