Sea Salad (Mock Tuna Salad)

  1. Place sunflower seeds in bowl, and cover with cold water.
  2. Soak 4 hours.
  3. Drain sunflower seeds, and pulse with oil and salt in food processor until chunky paste forms.
  4. Transfer to bowl.
  5. Stir remaining ingredients into mixture.

sunflower seeds, olive oil, salt, celery, sweet pickles, dill, parsley, lemon juice
