Latchstring Restaurant Pan Fried Rainbow Trout

  1. Mix all of the above ingredients (except the trout).
  2. Press mixture into both sides of the trout.
  3. Pan fry in one half to three fourths of an inch of pure vegetable oil, heated to 375 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.

trout fillet, salt, celery salt, cracked black pepper, white flour, yellow cornmeal, vegetable oil
