  1. Brown ground beef (add onion if you want).
  2. Once the beef is browned and the onion is translucent, drain off the fat.
  3. Then, add all the canned ingredients (tomato sauce, beans and enchilada sauce) and the spices.
  4. Cook in the crockpot on low for 8 hours.
  5. To serve, each person puts some Fritos on their plate, then layer with the chili mixture and some cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, onion and sour cream.
