Gluten-Free! Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat the oven to 190C.
  2. Grease a baking tray or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Combine the gluten-free flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, add the egg and brown sugar.
  5. Whip until it becomes fluffy.
  6. Add the butter to Step 3 and use a whisk to stir it in.
  7. Add the vanilla.
  8. Stir the powdered ingredients from Step 2 into Step 4.
  9. Add in the chocolate chips and nuts (chopped).
  10. Scoop out the batter into cookie shapes and bake for 9-11 minutes.
  11. Once baked, let them cool and enjoy.
