Blue Ribbon Pecan Pie Recipe

  1. Prepare pie shell.
  2. Chill till ready to use.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  4. Beat Large eggs well in medium bowl.
  5. Add in sugar, syrup, salt and vanilla.
  6. Beat till well combined.
  7. Stir in butter and pecans, mixing well.
  8. Turn into unbaked pie shell.
  9. Bake 45 to 50 min or possibly till filling is set in center when pie is gently shaken.
  10. Let cold.
  11. Before serving, garnish with whipped cream if you like.
