Chicken and White Bean Chili
- 1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) white beans, rinsed
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup green salsa
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mexican Cheese
- Heat dressing in large saucepan on medium-high heat.
- Add onions and garlic; cook 5 min.
- or until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add all remaining ingredients except cheese; mix well.
- Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min., stirring occasionally.
- Stir in cheese just before serving.
