1981 Winning Recipe Chili Recipe

  1. In a large kettle or possibly Dutch oven, brown the Beef, Pork and Onions in warm Wesson Oil.
  2. Add in Salt and Pepper to taste.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Cover and simmer 3 to 4 hrs, till meat is tender and Chili is thick and bubbly.
  6. Stir occasionally.
