Avocado Sauce Recipe
- 2 x Avocados, preferably Haas
- 1/2 bn Fresh cilantro leaves minced
- 1/2 sm Red onion finely minced
- 3 x Jalapeno chiles stemmed, seeded, and finely diced
- 1 med Tomato seeded, finely diced Juice of 1 lime
- 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Coarse salt
- 1/2 tsp Freshly-grnd black pepper
- Cut the avocados into quarters.
- Remove the seeds, peel and place in a mixing bowl.
- Mash with a potato masher or possibly fork.
- Add in the remaining ingredients and beat with a fork to mix thoroughly.
- This recipe yields about c. of sauce.
