Avocado, and Eggs Topped Toast
- 1 slice Sliced bread
- 1/4 Avocado
- 1 Egg
- 2 tsp Milk
- 10 grams Butter
- 1 Salt, pepper
- 1 Sweet chilli sauce
- 1 Pizza cheese
- Cut the avocado into 1 cm cubes.
- Beat the eggs and add salt, pepper and milk.
- Mix well.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
- First add the avocado and then the egg and scramble the eggs until they're half cooked.
- Spread some of the sweet chili sauce on the bread and top with the scrambled egg.
- Add more of the sweet chili and the cheese and toast.
- All done.
- Avocado and shiso leaves with soy sauce koji.
- With curry mayonnaise, chikuwa, and sakura shrimp.
- Chocolate Banana Toast.
