Almond broccoli chicken
- 2 1/4 lb chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 lb broccoli
- 2 clove garlic cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Hungarian paprika
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground sage
- Cube the chicken.
- Slice the garlic cloves.
- Heat oil and butter in a pan.
- Add chicken and onion.
- Add garlic cloves.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Sautee in pan stirring occasionally.
- Add broth, paprika, garlic, and sage, Add broccoli.
- Add salt.
- Stirring occasionally cover for 20 minutes.
- Toast the almonds.
- Add almonds to top.
