Caraway Cabbage
- 4 cups coarsely shredded
- thinly sliced cabbage
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. caraway
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Wash cabbage.
- Place cabbage (with water that clings to the leaves), salt and pepper in saucepan.
- Cook, tightly covered, over medium-low heat (moisture from leaves will be adequate to provide steam for cooking) 4 to 6 minutes until tender.
- Drain well.
- Add remaining ingredients to cooked cabbage.
- Stir to combine.
