Cinnamon-Pineapple Carrot Sheet Cake

  1. chop prunes; soak in water.
  2. combine cake mix, oil, eggs, cinnamon, and prunes for 3 minutes with a mixer.
  3. fold in remaining ingredients.
  4. bake at 350 in a sheet pan for 33 to 37 minutes.
  5. to make icing: beat together ingredients on low speed for 1 1/2 minutes.
  6. spread over cooled cake.
