Broiled Tomatoes With Feta Cheese Recipe
- 3 lrg Ripe hard tomatoes, sliced about 1/2" thick
- 4 ounce Feta cheese
- 1/2 Tbsp. Minced marjoram Fruity extra virgin olive oil Freshly grnd pepper
- REHEAT BROILER.
- Overlap the tomatoes in a large baking dish.
- Crumble the cheese over them, add in half the marjoram and drizzle oil over the top.
- Place the dish a few inches below the heat source and broil till the cheese is melted and starting to color, about 7 min.
- Remove, drizzle a little more oil over the top, add in the rest of the marjoram, season with pepper and serve.
