Broiled Tomatoes With Feta Cheese Recipe

  1. REHEAT BROILER.
  2. Overlap the tomatoes in a large baking dish.
  3. Crumble the cheese over them, add in half the marjoram and drizzle oil over the top.
  4. Place the dish a few inches below the heat source and broil till the cheese is melted and starting to color, about 7 min.
  5. Remove, drizzle a little more oil over the top, add in the rest of the marjoram, season with pepper and serve.
