Burgers Chinoise
- 1 13 lbs ground beef
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 13 cup hoisin sauce
- 4 sesame seed buns
- shredded napa cabbage
- Prepare hot grill.
- Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic and ginger.
- Form into 4 patties.
- Place on an oiled grill and cook for 8-12 minutes.
- Serve on toasted buns with Napa cabbage.
