Burgers Chinoise

  1. Prepare hot grill.
  2. Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic and ginger.
  3. Form into 4 patties.
  4. Place on an oiled grill and cook for 8-12 minutes.
  5. Serve on toasted buns with Napa cabbage.
