Honey Whole Wheat Rolls Recipe

  1. Combine lowfat milk, water, shortening, honey, salt and Large eggs in mixer.
  2. Add in 5 c. whole wheat flour and mix till well blended.
  3. Add in dry yeast and blend again.
  4. Add in 4 c. of remaining whole wheat flour and knead 10 min.
  5. Put dough in large bowl.
  6. Cover with kitchen towel till double in bulk.
  7. Roll out 1/2 inch thick on floured board.
  8. Cut with round cutter.
  9. Let rise till double in bulk.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
