Calvados Sidecar

• 2 ounces Calvados
• 1/2 ounce orange juice
• 1/2 tablespoon sugar, plus extra for garnish
• 2 ounces fresh lime juice
• Orange slice (for garnish)

1. Combine 2 oz.
2. Calvados with 1/2 oz.
3. orange juice, 1/2 tbsp.
4. sugar and 2 oz.
5. fresh lime juice.
6. Rub the rim of a martini glass with an orange slice, then coat with sugar.
7. Strain into the glass; garnish with an orange slice.
