Sesame Fish Strips with Creamy Asian Slaw
- 1/4 green cabbage, finely shredded
- 50 g snow peas, finely sliced lengthways
- 3 spring onions, finely sliced
- 1/2 red capsicum, finely sliced Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 2 tablespoons finely sliced red onion
- 1/3 cup coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup finely sliced mint
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Coleslaw Dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed chilli
- 8 I&J Fish Strips Sesame, cooked as per packet directions
- COMBINE the cabbage, peas, onions, capsicum, coriander and mint in a large bowl.
- Combine the dressing and chilli then stir through the salad.
- DIVIDE salad between serving plates and top each with the fish strips.
- Serve immediately.
